Ontario Import Duties

sub 40 ': Cursa Sant Antoni 39:45

He was convinced he would make, but it was not clear how much would stop the clock. I really wanted to try to see the 39 in my official time. I have risked and finally I succeeded!
After the photo and heat, to the starting line. Waiting for the shot, I saw Corredors.cat group was to follow was a few meters ahead. This has made the first few meters I had to overtake many people and make Ziga-Zagas.
The first three km's I have been comfortable and confident. The dreaded "Paral lel" did not notice at the moment. I have been on 3:54-3:59-3:59.
Grasping the Gran Via, one could go at a more constant and km's 4 / 5 have come to 3:56. I felt strong enough and you saw that today it could be. I arrive at 5 in 19:48, then with 12 seconds to spare. This has given me great moral to go below 4 'km. The following
km had to recover since then came the "Paral lel" and in this case it was going to notice. So I get 6 in 3:59 and the last stretch drive.

In this last part we have Rafa (piece of career you have marked!) And I side by side. I have not seen the 7 km. When I realized we had not seen him since around 8. These two km's have been the slowest, 8:11.
In addressing, again, the Gran Via, I pushed the pace a bit. I thought perhaps I would be very fair on sub40 so I wanted to make sure.
I was already very fair but it was worth forces clenching. The Km 9 3:56 I left. And at last, I made the fastest at 3:50.

Al final, official lap time and position 39:45 rated 320, 3086. I could say that, athletically, is one of the best days I've had. I am very very happy! For
Finally, thank correcats peers, my colleagues for helping Triathlon CAI always one way or another and they know what I suffer / enjoy the workouts, and especially Santa Tais because this little achievement is also his . Your unconditional support is vital. Thanks Beautiful!!
