MatarĂ³ MatarĂ³ sprint triathlon: a return to the ring.

Four months without making a career and now at last I could enjoy. The initial feelings were those of a debut, it actually was. My first stop triathlete of the year and I hope that from now on can play a lot more. Triathlon This I love, simply.

the end, I finished with a time of 1:08:50 coming in at position 284, 668. Only now is getting better and go running gathering pace.
Incidentally, I have commented that some "athletes" without reaching the corresponding buoy have turned to the beach and cutting way. nearly four months after injury, I can say I'm close to my 100%. During this time did not feel like blogging ... eplicar did not feel like punishment.
The truth is that it has made me very long. During the first month and a half I was at a standstill. Since then, I started training: swimming and elliptical training with the bike. Today we have given me discharge and would like to start doing some triathlon to prove, no great shakes. So this Sunday I will run in the Ciutat de MatarĂ³ Triathlon.
I have an overwhelming desire to do my first triathlon of the year. Swimming and cycling I can defend me ... but running is another story: I do not push so not to force but still running fine ... I'm not anything so I will do what I can.
