Good Tripod For Backpack

And now for the 10 km.

This Sunday we will run the 10km of the Barri de Sant Antoni de Barcelona. Mitja recovery of Sitges has been good. On Wednesday I did 10 sets of 500 meters and I did all between 1'52-1'55. Thought I'd be more tired.
On Monday, I progressive than 5 km up the pace for each mile (4,28-4,18-4,11-4,00-3,56). I would feel pretty good and I finished the workout quite large. But since it can be OK, these days, I've always have trouble. Today it happened to me, but I spent five days with the dorsal area quite annoyed. Specifically I think it was a contracture intercostal or something. I guess that a bad sign. And now that your back does not hurt anymore, I hate to left knee. A few days ago, rolling on the lawn of the stadium, I stepped wrong and twisted my ankle a little and knee. I have it last very sore. Anyway, I hope it happens soon ... for now I'm not worried, although pain is quite annoying.
regard to Sunday, will run a race I did two years ago and I loved it. I really liked the ambientillo they breathed. I would love to go below 40 'but I see quite complicated. Being objective, I am to lose 41 'well, even for MMP would lose 40:44. So there will be more or less. My satisfaction is as great as I approached 40 'peeled.
