Marvel, the Avengers

As I wrote not long ago about movies nones, and given that last Friday I saw Thor , I think it's time to catch up since the last review was Iron Man.

few years ago (2005) Marvel changed its name to Marvel Entertainment and was given the task of improving their characters and films in particular, to assume full artistic control over this decision made it possible to develop a pretty decent series superhero movies.

Iron Man, Jon Favreau, 2008. It started with this vein of good production, it assumes the lead role as Robert Downey Jr. was evidently a great success and led to a number of parallels between the comic, the story of the actor ( the fall and rise of Downey Jr.), the U.S. political situation and the film .
The film tells the origin of the superhero and draws quite limited series Ultimates (Mark Millar and Bryan Hitch, Marvel 2002), Iron Man she faces Iron Monger Mandarin and indirectly through terrorist association The 10 rings Mandarin, it's the first that begins to spin oriented films to the release of Avengers this is done not only at the script but using the resource of the final scene, after the credits of the film.
Spoiler:

Hulk, Louis Leterrier, 2008. Had the involvement of Edward Norton in the role of Bruce Banner / Hulk . This film is strange, because if it is supposed attempts to fix the "problems" caused by the bad version of Ang Lee (2003), maintains some elements of her in his plot, and that is how the pursuit of Banner recounts the General Ross .
The story begins in Brazil and from there then heads to the U.S.. It appears Emil Blonsky (Tim Roth ) who then to improve his skills as a soldier voluntarily submits to a treatment similar to Banner, starting a slow transformation that eventually become Abomination.
In this process the scientist Samuel Sterns (played by Tim Blake Nelson ) suffers an accident that later become The Leader .
personally think that this movie has been completely underestimated, since the plot and pace are good, the film entertains and addresses well the conflict between Banner / Ross and Banner's relationship with the daughter of Ross ( now played by Liv Tyler ) also features advancements in Banner's relationship with Hulk, and little by little gets a little more control.
Unfortunately due to various problems will not be Ed Norton Bruce Banner in Avengers, but apparently will be replaced by Mark Ruffalo.
Spoiler:

Iron Man 2, Jon Favreau, 2010. Iron Man 2 comes with a good foundation, and can maintain a good level of entertainment and closeness to the character, after some minor changes ( the replacement of Terrence Howard by Don Cheadle in the role of James Rhodes / War Machine ), This tape Iron Man faces Whiplash (played by Mickey Rourke ) in addition to Justin Hammer, a competitor of Stark Industries in the contracts of the Department of Defense. Additionally
Black Widow appears ( played by Scarlett Johansson), a spy sent by Nick Fury .
Iron Man 2 "is fun and has some very good action sequences, especially that between Iron Man and War Machine against a series of droids, Rourke makes a good character, and because of its size becomes a more than worthy adversary against Stark, Downey Jr. maintains the charisma of the first part and is very comfortable in their interpretation ( good who does not? )
Spoiler:

Thor, Kenneth Branagh, 2011.
The last movie this way Avengers is Thor.
It begins with a brief description of Asgard and the people who live there ( Norse gods) and as their battle against the ice giants led by Laufey .
In it we see Odin ( Anthony Hopkins) and his relationship with his two sons Loki (Tom Hiddleston ) and Thor ( Chris Hemsworth), paying special attention to the conduct of the latter and as yet not prepared to assume the role of his father.
In parallel the story follows the issues arising from the discovery of New Mexico, but now from a perspective a bit older than us when it Jane Foster (Natalie Portman ) meets Thor. We present a series
conflict in which attempts to recover the Mjolnir Thor, facing against SHIELD eye Clint Barton appears here, taking a bow to point to Thor, Hawkeye will (played by Jeremy Renner ).
The film manages to maintain a level similar to that of the previous films, fairly light, entertaining, but faithful to the comic. Finally
Thor and his allies warriors Fandral , Hogun , and Volstagg Lady Sif, must deal with Destroyer. ( respect to the warriors I have some apprehensions since, for example Heimdall, guardian of Bitfrost is black; Hogun Thor's friend is Asian, which is at least strange, if someone can explain I'd appreciate ) also do not like to repeat actors in different roles, in this case, Ray Stevenson, who did a great Frank Castle and now appears as Volstagg.
The movie has its good points and very well respected both the comic, like Ultimates, which also feeds ( I found amusing explanation of the Alter Ego of Thor, Dr. Donald Blake ).
