CONSIDEO is an interesting program that includes methods for handling complex problems. These methods include metaplan, concept maps, diagrams and causal dynamical systems. It is quite intuitive and could be used for multi-project management, strategy development, process simulation, optimization, etc. CONSIDEO

guides the user through a series of steps to solve a problem relating methods of impact. Having defined the relevant factors of the problem, they are connected. Factors can be set through brainstorming, metaplan, mind mapping or mind maps. The connection of the factors is done by adding arrows to determine the effects and causes, and the weight of these effects. From a causal diagram (CLD) can easily analyze the structure of the system and find the most efficient levels to solve a problem.
