And this is the last hard week of workouts. Which is already down and have to rest to get a cap on Sunday 10 January in Sitges.
Last week, after Media Vilafranca, I noticed a little tired and heavy. It was hard to follow the pace in training. In fact, the series of 2000 that we were a small disaster. But hey .... it seems that I have recovered the efforts of the media. Yesterday we did the last series: 8x1000 at a rate of 4-4'05 resting one minute between each set. Fortunately, the shock lasted three days. I've been going to physio and trying discomfort with ice and stretching compex. The truth is that it has gone well and I can say (touch wood in recent days) that I will get well physically, D daily.

we've been so cold this morning in Vilafranca. As I said Tais, when de la salida la temperatura era de 0º centígrados.
Mientras calentábamos, Ricard me ha dicho que no tenía el cuerpo para darle mucha caña. Que tenía mucho frío y no tenía ganas de correr rápido. Hemos quedado que saldría poco a poco y que me esperaría en el km 16 para acompañarme hasta el final.
La intención era salir para hacer una carrera fuerte, pero teniendo en cuenta que el objetivo es Sitges. Sabía que por el perfil de la carrera y sin liebre era casi imposible bajar de 1:30. Así que he empezado a ritmo para intentar, por lo menos, hacer MMP que estaba en 1:32:30 que hice en Gavà en 2008. Los 4 primeros km los he nailed to 4:15 on average. half is not easy, it's quite rompepiernas and why I'm so pleased to have made mark. It gives me great moral to Sitges. The workouts are paying off and I think there a profile favorable for me, will fulfill the goal, SAFE!!

Fabrizio Model - Promotions

Sitges Vilafranca, 5 weeks.

We train with the view on January 10, Mitja Marathon Sitges. Goal: Lose 1:30, Vigo Mortensen would say in the APM? ...... ..... With DOSSSS COJOOOONEEEES hahaha. At least, it is training for that. I think I'm going to get (we're breaded if I do not think so, no!) The truth is that the training we're doing with Dani, Oscar, George and Albert are pretty cane. My hip and being noticed, and this week I've seen the physio. "We can not fix yours," was what he dropped ... lol You have to live with that and try to go tricking tinkering with the physio.
are only 5 weeks to the media. The workouts are going well, I have wanted, I'm confident, my hares (Dani and Ricard) are prepared, so you can not fail!
By the way, last Sunday I ran the Jean Bouin doing a time of 41:42 with a good feeling and leaving stuff in the pipeline.

This weekend I took the two days the bike doing 70 km Saturday and Sunday. Now that lame little bike, when I do, I enjoy a lot. And subject pool, because I going one or two days a week to remember feelings. Tomorrow
