My Breasts Are Sore Somedays More Than Others

And this is the last hard week of workouts. Which is already down and have to rest to get a cap on Sunday 10 January in Sitges.
Last week, after Media Vilafranca, I noticed a little tired and heavy. It was hard to follow the pace in training. In fact, the series of 2000 that we were a small disaster. But hey .... it seems that I have recovered the efforts of the media. Yesterday we did the last series: 8x1000 at a rate of 4-4'05 resting one minute between each set. It was pretty agonizing, but all came in the time predicted, including a pair were under 4 '. I noticed I no longer so tired legs.
On Thursday we will run the San Silvestre de Vilanova del Camí on a street circuit of 5 km. A career for those with "caliu" with ambientazo, of making love. I guess I'll be making about 20 'shorter or about 19 times. Heat thoroughly, and then we run the 5km jog. So we will go another good workout.

I'm pretty happy with 8 weeks of preparation that you have engaged in Sitges. I noticed I made enough improvement and personal brand and only need meet the objective of losing 1:30. The week before the average Vilafranca, hip again gave me a scare. I noticed the same trouble a year ago that bothered me the Mediterrani Marathon and 4 months left me KO. Fortunately, the shock lasted three days. I've been going to physio and trying discomfort with ice and stretching compex. The truth is that it has gone well and I can say (touch wood in recent days) that I will get well physically, D daily.
