This is the stage where I feel better now and it is curious that it has been my worst part compared with other triathletes. 
The section on foot I wanted to take it easy. I was very psyched that I was going to cost. I am therefore aware in the end I have not noticed too bad. I have run loose legs, I have not noticed anything heavy. Indeed, it was not the thing to run very fast but the feeling was very positive.
the end, I finished with a time of 1:08:50 coming in at position 284, 668. Only now is getting better and go running gathering pace.
Incidentally, I have commented that some "athletes" without reaching the corresponding buoy have turned to the beach and cutting way. With all the information you give us, I doubt that they were wrong. If you have done so because they retired, that's right ... but if not, I congratulate them all for the great example of fair play.
