nearly four months after injury, I can say I'm close to my 100%. During this time did not feel like blogging ... eplicar did not feel like punishment.
The truth is that it has made me very long. During the first month and a half I was at a standstill. Since then, I started training: swimming and elliptical training with the bike. About five weeks ago I started playing the bike and jogging. With the bike running great but I find it's costing me a bit.
Today we have given me discharge and would like to start doing some triathlon to prove, no great shakes. So this Sunday I will run in the Ciutat de MatarĂ³ Triathlon.
I have an overwhelming desire to do my first triathlon of the year. Swimming and cycling I can defend me ... but running is another story: I do not push so not to force but still running fine ... I'm not anything so I will do what I can.
