Definitely, this is serious. After making Sunday the 17 km marathon, we've bonded with three workouts a week s race quite demanding, especially the first two.
Monday: 10.2 km to 4.25 grass.
Tuesday: rest.
Wednesday: 1700m swim + series: 2x3000m, the first half to 4.12 and 4.06 second.
Thursday: 9 km to 5 min / km.
Friday: relent.
Saturday: 50 km bike very smooth.
Sunday: will the Jean Bouin (4.10 to 4.15)
