In this sense, the few options you have XMind may be adequate.

However, XMind 2007 is a software with some limitations for mental maps. While its interface is clear and clean is not achieved usability Mindjet MindManager. Nor has the level of functionality and resources provided by NovaMind .

The software is dependent on Java and is a good implementation. Runs on Windows and Mac OS X. It looks more or less integrated into Mac OS X environment, but not quite. Although, it is better integrated iMindMap Nor does the wealth or organic iMindMap maps.

The program price is high compared with Mindjet MindManager and NovaMind and Inspiration . These programs have similar prices but have more features or benefits.

However if you want a simple user interface and friendly XMind 2007 may be an option.
