Is It Ok To Do Sports With An Enlarged Heart
usually in reference to motorcycles, one hears phrases like
Do not buy a china.
The Chinese are bad.
not have spares.
is bad after-sales service.
And of course, public opinion, more or less foundation, has more or less clear what can and what can not be expected in a China bike, many have access to them for their low price, even leaving aside the issue quality of materials, design or BACK, that word so great that most motorists have become accustomed.
What do we mean by support? Quite simply, the count-mechanical technical advice whenever required, have a range of original spare parts, mechanical quality and warranty response in any of the problems that our vehicle may have, this may seem obvious to anyone that buying a car, it is not in the world of motorcycles, and eye, not only refers to the Chinese bikes.
When you buy a bike traidcional Brand: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, one relies on a tradition of quality, the demands placed all its development facilities ( are in Japan or Brazil ) and that , as a widely recognized brand back to the track should be better than a china place ...
Unfortunately this is not true.
My personal experience ( and also some friends ) is quite bitter about the support they should give the brand and all its dealers, and note that we talk about HONDA , one of the brands more motorcycles sold in the country ( in large part because of Carabineros de Chile ), and talked about bikes of the year the following problems:
not have full range of spares example of this, the change oil filter lost a bolt, a bolt, and one of the most renowned dealers of Santiago, I had two months waiting by two pins ( paid ) that never came ... that is, let alone order a ring or a cylinder ... and one wonders how is it possible that a new bike does not have all the necessary parts? are they perhaps do not correspond to any of the requirements for approval that any vehicle entering the country should have spare parts? ... seems not, and the answer can not be worse.
The parts must be ordered to Brazil, and to reach easily cost 3 times more. Honda
available to its customers ( everywhere but here ) of two types of spare parts, factory original or HOP, and "Alternative " of the same brand, they are a little cheaper to maintain high standards quality. Brazil ( which is almost next to us ) produces both motorcycles and parts, making it almost incomprehensible that do not have a back up to the mark, both Honda Chile, and the majority of its dealers .
The maintenance of motorcycles seems to be not quite right, it has long had a habit of making my mileage mantenciones sacredly as one of the big dealers, was not cheap, but relied on the support and quality, until missed the last long trip I ordered two items specifically review time before ... now reviewing the procedures manual explicitly states see review from time to time transmission chain and lanyards throttle and clutch, so the latter should not be broken by lack of maintenance, isn't it? Honda
Mal, I once read there that if you want a 100% support best is to buy a car, does not seem right, I think that if you invest several million in a vehicle, you should at least have a quality backup.
eye So when buying a motorcycle, you buy quality ( is true, my bike is 100% true I have failures of any kind) but when the drains change something we will use the same situation as anyone on the bike china, no offense, fácimente bought for a quarter of the value of mine.
Honda is expected to improve its after-sales ratio, as it is clear that the motorcycle market is expanding and not the reverse, many new riders dream to mount something of better quality, and can be disappointing to have to resort to dubious quality alternative that the value or availability is not right where it should.
